On Tuesday morning, Massimo Falcioni (CEO of Etihad Credit Insurance) and Kerry Adler, (CEO of SkyPower Global Group of Companies) signed a strategic sustainability partnership at the Canadian Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai.
About Etihad Credit Insurance
ECI is a federal export credit company, founded as a part of UAE’s 2021 vision. More precisely, UAE’s 2021 vision focuses on adopting economic diversification policies. Also, the United Arab States wants to reduce reliance on oil resources as a source of revenue. In this way, the UAE is preparing for the unavoidable post-oil future.
SkyPower is one of the world’s major developers and owners of utility-scale solar (PV) energy systems. The company aims to identify methods to reduce the environmental impact. In addition, they provide technological innovation, capital requirements, and operational expertise.
Etihad Credit Insurance (ECI) has formed a strategic sustainability relationship with SkyPower to strengthen the UAE’s commitment to the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ECI will provide trade credit insurance, export finance guarantees, and investment protection solutions as part of the partnership.
